PC Technician
Job Purpose: Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs hardware and software issues in PCs and laptops. The successful candidate must be proficient in PC Operating Systems, able to remove viruses, assemble PC's, field technical calls, and assist retail customers. Previous cabling experience a plus.
Basic Qualifications- PREVIOUS TECH WORK, Coursework in Computer Science or equivalent experience, Organized and detail oriented with excellent time management skills, Leading edge knowledge of trends and changes in technology, Strong research skills, Integrative team working style, Ability to speak effectively with customers to determine needs, Compliant with established company procedures/policies, Ethical, honest, dependable.

Smart Phone Technician
Job Purpose: Serves customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices while ensuring customer satisfaction
Basic Qualifications- Outstanding customer service skills, Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
Exceptional organizational skills, Work well in team environment, Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications- A+ Certification, Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles
Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics
Tasks and Responsibilities- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices, Provide recommendations for problem resolution, Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers, Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Techmonkies quality standards, Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment, Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations, Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock, Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair, Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store

Office Assistant
The Office Assistant will primarily be responsible to manage a new office space and ensure the smooth operation of the day-to-day business of the company. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, well organized, detailed-oriented, flexible, has strong written and verbal communication skills and can effectively multi-task while maintaining strict confidentiality. Additionally, this individual will work closely with the Owner to provide coverage and support for several ongoing projects. She/He will perform other duties, tasks and projects as assigned.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Maintain office organization, professional work environment and functionality at all times with regular check-ins and requests for feedback through weekly e-mail, all-hands meeting, etc., Maintain meeting room bookings and handle required set ups for meetings, Build and maintain relationships with building management, janitors, security, vendors, etc., maintain an updated central contact list accessible to all administrative staff, Ensure security of space, doors locked daily upon closing, Manage cleaning services, ensuring office space is cleaned daily, whiteboards/write-on walls maintained, kitchen and appliances, maintained, etc., Manage/Maintain storage facility, including scheduling of an annual or biannual clean-out, Maintain the distribution, inventory and budget of office supplies and order supplies, Provide excellent customer service and support to external and internal clients, Manage office space to ensure effective workspace for team members and visitors, Open the office in the mornings and ensure cleanliness and organization of the office, Greet guests immediately upon arrival and provide excellent customer service; offer guests coffee, tea, or water, Answer telephone calls, route calls and take messages as necessary, Build and develop the organization’s processes, procedures and workflows within the IT department, Ensure to follow IT protocol when ordering equipment, Monitor all IT expenditures for accuracy, Perform other duties, tasks and projects as assigned
